In order to begin processing your balance transfer request, please complete this form and return it to us with copies of your most recent billing statement from the account(s) you are requesting the Credit Union to pay off. Please send your credit card billing statements to Tricia.reid@gemc.org, efax 678-892-7827 or Tiffany.Woodard@gemc.org, efax 678-892-7351.
