Scholarship Application

Please complete the following in its entirety and use attachments as necessary.

I.  GEMC Federal Credit Union Scholarship Criteria

We will pick two recipients who will each be granted a $1,000 scholarship. 

  1. The student or family member must be a member of the GEMC Federal Credit Union.
  2. The scholarship may be used at any accredited two-year or four-year accredited college or university in the United States including vocational schools.
  3. The scholarship funds are paid directly to the college, university or technical school.
  4. A student may submit only one application each year.
  5. Scholarship must be used within one year of acceptance.
  6. The selection committee will be made up of two GEMC FCU members and a State of Georgia educator.
  7. Must apply by June 31st, 2017.

      Please attach two letters of recommendation, one of whom must be one of your current teachers/instructors.

By submitting this application, I agree that all my information is correct and I will comply with the criteria of the scholarship program.
